Making an impact together: 2025 community engagement highlights

January 21, 2026

At Oshkosh Corporation, community engagement is rooted in the belief that when we invest our time, talent and resources, we help strengthen the communities where our team members live and work. In 2025, our global teams continued that commitment through meaningful service, charitable giving and programs designed to support people when they need it most.

Throughout the year, Oshkosh Corporation team members contributed 20,869 volunteer hours, demonstrating a shared dedication to making a difference. In total, community investment at Oshkosh Corporation, which includes charitable gifts, sponsorships, foundation grants and the value of team members’ time and talent, reached just over $3.1 million in 2025. Together, these efforts helped address critical needs in our community.
