At Oshkosh Corporation, community engagement is rooted in the belief that when we invest our time, talent and resources, we help strengthen the communities where our team members live and work. In 2025, our global teams continued that commitment through meaningful service, charitable giving and programs designed to support people when they need it most.
Throughout the year, Oshkosh Corporation team members contributed 20,869 volunteer hours, demonstrating a shared dedication to making a difference. In total, community investment at Oshkosh Corporation, which includes charitable gifts, sponsorships, foundation grants and the value of team members’ time and talent, reached just over $3.1 million in 2025. Together, these efforts helped address critical needs in our community.
Highlights from 2025
The following highlights offer a snapshot of how our team members came together to support communities throughout 2025:
- Good to Give Back Month: Throughout the month of April, community engagement spanned the globe as team members volunteered their time at 191 events across 16 countries, creating meaningful impact in the communities they served. These efforts reflected the power of teamwork and a shared commitment to giving back.
- Feed the Body, Feed the Soul: 2025 marked the program’s largest year yet, with more than 1,480 volunteers in Wisconsin, Maryland and France packing 257,248 pounds of food to help fight hunger for families facing food insecurity. The year also included important milestones, as our JLG business hosted a second event in the U.S. along with a first-ever event in France, expanding the initiative’s reach and reinforcing its growing global impact.
