A global initiative with local purpose

During this annual global initiative, team members are encouraged to step outside their daily roles and dedicate their time, talents and passion to supporting local communities.

One month. Worldwide Impact.

Across 16 countries, Oshkosh team members bring our commitment to life through the hundreds of volunteer efforts that create meaningful and lasting impact in communities where we live and work worldwide.

While Good to Give Back Month is global in scale, its impact is deeply local. Teams partnered with community organizations, nonprofits, schools, shelters and environmental groups to address a wide range of community needs — ranging from food security and social services to environmental conservation, animal welfare, inclusion and education. By empowering local teams to select causes that matter most in their communities, the initiative ensures relevance, authenticity and meaningful outcomes.
